Terms & Conditions

  • All your materials should reach the top level of the dumpster and must not exceed that level. Additional charges apply to the loads that have materials over the top and exceed the agreed tonnage. The load should not exceed 12 tons as the limit is set by CHP and DOT
  • You should provide clear access to the dumpster for the purpose of loading and unloading. If Eco Dumpster Rental is unable to deliver or pick up the dumpster due to these reasons, a $100 fee is applied. If the driver has to wait for over 15 minutes during delivery or pickup, a fee of $45 per hour is applied. A fee of $25 per day rental is applied if you want to extend the rental for over a period of 7 days
  • We don’t accept the following items: hazardous waste of any kind, chemicals, solvents, paints, gasoline, oils, liquids, treated wood, railroad ties, tires, drums, barrels, batteries, appliances, electronics, asbestos, dead animals, TV or computer monitors, as directed by local, county, state, and federal regulations. It’s your responsibility to ensure that all your materials are deposited in the dumpster. You’ll have to provide street permit if it’s required in the city where you have requested our dumpster service
  • We consider your verbal approval to charge you from your credit card for your rental order as your signature and agreement in the event of any overweight fees
  • You’ll have to authorize us to charge overweight fees from your credit card
  • We’re not liable for any damage that may happen to your property when we provide our dumpster service
  • If the dumpster is damaged when it’s under your care, you’ll have to pay for the damage to repair or replace the dumpster. If collection is required, you agree to pay all collection costs, collection agency fees, court costs, attorney’s fees, service charges and / or interest as allowed by law
